The SDEC 105kW Diesel Engine (4HTAA4.3-G21) is a 4.3L inline 4-cylinder engine designed for commercial, industrial and agricultural backup power setups. Configured to power 100kVA to 110kVA generator sets, this HT Series engine uses an air-to-air aftercooled turbocharger and an electronic governor to manage variable electrical loads.

The 4HTAA4.3-G21 features an air-to-air aftercooler paired with a precision turbocharger and an electronic governor. By cooling the intake air before it enters the cylinders, the engine improves combustion efficiency and torque. This allows the engine to respond to sudden load steps, maintaining stable frequency control when heavy machinery or equipment is activated.

Integrated Lubrication

Engineered to operate reliably within harsh Sub-Saharan conditions, this engine integrates its lubrication directly inside the cast iron block. This layout removes external oil hoses that can degrade or leak under high running temperatures. Accompanied by a high capacity water cooled radiator and a dry-liner cylinder configuration, it ensures stable heat management and straightforward field servicing.

Cast from high strength iron with an integrated cylinder head, this 4.3L engine is built to withstand intensive use. The advanced 4-valve layout ensures precise fuel atomisation and steady torque delivery, making it a highly reliable powertrain for local generator assemblers and engineers building commercial and agricultural systems.
