Does the price include installation?

No, installation is not included in the price. Any qualified electrician can install the kit and provide a Certificate of Compliance (COC) for the installation as per legislation.

Is everything included in the price?

Yes, our silent generators all include silent canopies and automatic transfer switches (ATS). Delivery and installation are not included as noted above. Accessories and customisations can be included as required, speak to our sales team for more information.

Does the price include delivery?

Delivery is not included in any of the prices. However, delivery will be calculated on your quote based on your location and product selection.

The warranty is as per the stated terms per product. Please refer to our standard terms and conditions for more information.

Price validity

All pricing is valid while stocks last as reflected on your quotation, as specified therein.  

All ratings are stated at sea level and de-rating will be applicable for both altitude and temperature variations.

It is important to note that a qualified electrician measures how many Amps per phase you will need to draw on site for your running load and your maximum first-step load.
